If you purchased different scents from us and one of them doesn’t suit you, we’ll exchange it for a new one for free under the following conditions:
• Applies only to online orders
• You’ve used only one stick from the package
• The exchange is a one-time offer
• You can exchange only one scent for another of your choice
To request an exchange, please let us know which scent you’d like to replace, and you can do so at our offline pickup points at the following addresses:

According to the general rules of exchange and return of goods in Georgia, the buyer has the right to return the product, preserving its consumer properties, marketable appearance, and factory labels, without stating the reasons within 14 calendar days from the date of actual receipt of the product directly from the seller or persons representing the seller. To return a product, you need to provide a document confirming the fact and conditions of its purchase, as well as fill out an application to return the product.
